This Privacy Policy explains how Terrane, Inc. (“Terrane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information through terrane.net, blog.terrane.net, and any other Terrane webpage that links to this Policy (collectively, the “Site”), as well as through related online forms and communications.
It does not replace or modify the terms of any proposal, professional-services agreement, or other agreement between Terrane and a client.

By interacting with the Site or providing us with your information, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after we make changes as described here is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Privacy Policy periodically for updates.

Information you provide. Depending on how you interact with us and the Site, we may collect:

5. Email and Mobile Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number or email address and opt-in to receive SMS/text messages or emails from us, we may use your mobile phone number to send you informational, marketing, and promotional messages. We may contact you by SMS/text message or email using an automated system or through a live representative. Your consent to receive informational, marketing, and promotional SMS/text messages and/or emails is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us, and you may still use the Site without enrolling in SMS/test message or email communication.
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying “STOP,” or other words that should reasonably be interpreted as requests to end communication (like “QUIT,” “END,” or “UNSUBSCRIBE”). You may opt out of receiving emails at any time by following the “UNSUBSCRIBE” link at the end of any marketing email. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to send all informational, marketing, and promotional SMS/text messages and emails only during normal business hours.
