When our client at Guntower Capital first contacted us about a full ALTA/Topography survey for land at University Village in Seattle, WA, it was clear that time was of the essence. Tight timelines can be challenging, but coupled with this was a missing portion of the deed and an error from a previous scrivener on one of the lot line divisions. Thankfully, we had already surveyed some of the surrounding properties and were able to pull deeds from other adjoining parcels and work with the title to get these issues resolved.
Our extensive network of completed surveys gives us a huge advantage and a head start over other surveying companies that may be starting from scratch. We were able to get these problems resolved and deliver the project on a tight deadline so that our customers could close on the property.
